GYM Company ***** - 24 month contract but they loaded 36 months with no proof!!! Terrible gym

Gym company Musgrave, Durban has unprofessional sales reps.

In May 2018 I signed a contract with a Sales Rep called Senzo.

When we were discussing membership Senzo said my contract will be R299 for two years and I can access any gym in KZN Gym Company.

In December 2019 I asked a lady called Thando who is in reception "when my contracting is ending" she said that I have 18 months left. I told her that is impossible as I signed a 24 month contract with Senzo. The sales rep behind Thando laughed at me.

I asked Thando at that moment to please show me the contract I signed as I know I did not sign 36 months. When got membership Senzo the sales rep did not give me a copy of my contract or email me a copy. I left my details with Thando and she never followed up. In January 2020 I spoke to Senzo and he said that contracts are at the Amazimtoti branch and he will need to request it to be collected.

February I followed up and Senzo had not done anything. So I called the Toti branch and they said that they do not keep contracts of all branches. The branch keeps the copies,

Till this day no one from the branch Musgrave has called to tell me to come see my contract. Senzo has not rep**** to any of my called. I have been calling the branch Musgrave since March asking for Admin Department and people are never in the Office.

I am frustrated. Gym Company is the worst gym ever!!!!!!!! The employees are unprofessional and do not know how to do their job. I know I signed a 24 month contract which should end May 2020 but no one will show me my contract!!! This is *****!!!!
