Overall, the gym is okay. The only problem we've has for the past year is the switching off of the sauna before the stipulated time. We have argued with management since early February 2018, with no outcome. Every time the sauna is switched off 45 mins before the stipulated time and when we ask why they say that it switches off automatically. Throughout more than a year, could they not reset the timer to switch the sauna on and off at the right times? In this regard they do not treat paying members who pay more than R500 a month the right way.
