Gym Company, Flora Centre

If I could I would give a minus star. The gym company in Flora Centre have the worst service I've seen in a gym, they close about two hours earlier than other gym's. 90% of the time the steam room is not working or 50 degrees Celsius. We spoke to the manager and he said he'll follow up but nothing has changed. The cleaners mop under your feet during working (about three hours before they close) hours, ask you to move and even whine that they come back home late. The staff don't treat people as members should be treated, if you ask for something they just ignore you.
