Gym company & Fit extreme

Gym company recently merged with fit extreme Olivedale without people’s knowledge they closed shop and moved their operations to Bromhof. Olivedale and North riding clients were left high and dry with no Gym premises but continued being charged monthly. Gym company refuses to cancel our contracts although we had no prior agreement to move premises. The Regional Manager from Gym company Henry stated that this is within consumer act and that we can go anywhere to challenge the verdict(basically they don’t care). Pure disregard for clients time and money. We are left paying fees for a gym membership that is miles and miles away from our place of residence.

Please assist in this regard as we can’t afford to pay these fees monthly for no reason.
