gym company

first my subscription was for a personal trainer, what a joke, there was no one to assist even to show us how the equipment work, then because of Corona we had to cancelled, as we two people it costed us R4000.00 witch we paid, then come the shock, this is the 2nd month after cancellation that they still deduct the funds from our account, we went in and they made promises to come back to us, its now more than a week, and no one even try to contact us. And mostly no refund was made as well, then i don't think anyone is even reading or do anything about our review, i think they just don't care.
