Gym Company draging their feet with cancellation

I canceled my membership in January as I was relocating to an area without Gym company and I was supposed to serve a 3 month notice period as per my contract, of of the managers called me in after tge notice period had lapsed and asked me to fill some forms and he would assit me with the cancelation, I sent the forms back then he doesn't respond anymore. I keep getting smses about my account in areas I even sent them the proofs on whatsapp buylt they not canceling.
