Gym Company Doornfontein has Zero customers satisfaction

Gym Company Doornfontein is the worst gym ever when it comes to customer satisfaction. if it is not the roof that is leaking literally, its the steam room that is not working if not then its something else, the equipment is old, machines are constantly out of order. yesterday we had a Step Class of which majority of the members enjoy but there were only few steps that we available 15 to be precise we ended up having to use alternatives, Last week the 27th of March 2018 there were more steps but broken this week the 3rd April 2018 there were lesser because its not safe for members to use broken steps hence they were taken out. when we queried this fact we were told that there is a ship that is coming from China with brand new steps mind you we have been waiting for these steps for months and months if not more than 2 years. the management of the gym does not care about the members all they care about is the monthly installments but Zero 100% service delivery. every now and then we see Gym company management coming in to check the gym but nothing gets done even though they see that the gym needs a lot of revamp when it comes to equipment this gym is a Hazard to its Members( Safety officers need to visit this branch). There is no air con the gym is packed yet there are new members being signed everyday. you have to wait long periods of time before actually using a machine because the Que is so long.

can we get management to give us answers please. one more thing can we have proper email address of the owner so that we can put forth our Grievances.
