Gym company doesnt want to cancell membership

Gym Company Jacaranda Mall Pretoria. I placed notice for cancellation on time but for whatever reason they keep on delaying to cancel on their side I find it so unprofessional that every month they keep on sending emails that i owe money instead of sending me cancellation confirmation. Very dissapointed in them.
