Gym company doesn't have honestly and Integrity

On the 06/03/23 I went to gym company Westgate and requested a cancellation which I paid for all outstanding instalments including the cancellation instalments then the receptionist told admin team is not working on weekends, then some guy from the gym not sure if he's the manager then said to the receptionist to assist me with filling in the cancellation paper work then on Monday when the admin comes back they will just call me and confirm my cancellation but then up until this day haven't heard from them 😡😡😡😓😓😢 and I can't even go there during the week as I am working
