GYM COMPANY DOES NOT WANT TO HELP ME CANCEL WHEN I CAME TO THEM IN MY ONE MONTH FREE STATING I CANT PAY.

THEY REFUSE TO DOWNGRADE MY ACCOUNT WHEN MY ORST PREMIUM DID NOT GO OFF AS YET!!! I thought I would start gyming because life has really happened for alot of us with costs increasing and you finding coping ways to deal with it all.... so here i am applying at gym company they give you another free I app**** on the 16th of June on the 14 July I go to them saying my varsity fees has gone up for second semester and they need us to buy our own books... The guy who helped me with my contract says no he will get the mamager to call me I get a call and the guy says we can cancel no charges because a premium has not gone off...

I go to them the Monday saying u spoke to someone regarding this matter I'm here to let you know I can afford 200 or cancel gym, because would you rather have someone owe you or help where you can..

The Manager Wynard says no we will make you only pay 100 for the new tag then you pay 200 a month..

Days later I follow up he says I must pay a canellation fee or I need to 1200 to downgrade, now firstly contract does not state all this and if ever I saw a company trying to make money out of you it's gym company...

I came for help before premiums even goes off because I don't want to feel more pressure or stress and they refuse.

I think in this life one should look at put economy and see where a client can be helped.

I don't work for alot of money I finally got the chance to study and you deny when I need help.

Now Wynard thinks I'm one of his Staff members that he can bully which is unfair the person who helped me does not even want to give me the name of the person who called cause he could loose his job... now please explain is this how management deals with a situation?

I'm not impressed and I'm sure this complaint won't even go far because I've read how this company makes rules as they go so unfair...

I refuse to pay because I came to them for help and want my contact canceled instead cause I won't be able to pay...
