Gym company contract cancelation

Cancelation Nightmare - Gym Company Bromhof I was a member at The Gym Company Bromhof, and after a period of time I decided to cancel my membership. I started the cancelation process on the 3rd of June 2024, I was fully aware of the 3-month cancelation period in the initial terms and conditions. Now almost 9 months later after numerous calls , emails and whatsapps I still pay every month for membership. I have dealt with the accounts people with no resolve and the was referred to the General Manager , who promised to assist and resolve the issues. I was requested to send bank statements to prove they are debiting my account. The Gym Company is absolutely run by ****s and they just don't care about anyone, they keep on raking in everyone's money. Their empty promises keep on costing people money. They are by far the worst people I had to deal with in terms of canceling a contract.
