Gym Company continues to debit account

The finance department provides terrible service! They took months to transfer my debit order when I shifted banks, and continued to debit my account months after my policy of two years had ended. This happened despite me asking that the policy be cancelled on multiple occasions. They just continue to take money from my account for a service which is not being used.

I would not recommended signing a debit order with them ever! The effort to stop it is not worth it.
