Gym company complain

In 2014, we were approached by one of those sales person from the gym company in maponya as well. They told us that we should sign and in the first three months its free and we can let go if we want to and anytime. Than all of a sudden someone calls us from the gym 2 months after that signing of that contract that we owe R450 and the worse part we<br> Are students from UNISA, are unable to afford to pay such money because we get loans from NFSAS. Than in 2015 after some months they sent us a written warning saying if we do not pay R7689, in time we will be black listed and its the only letter received and sent by them. I called them asking how it is possible because we are still students and those salesperson said that it will only be active if we go to the gym, funny thing is that we have not even attended that gym at all. We explained to them that we are unable to pay than they said we can pay R500 firstly, i called again they said we can pay R900. We tried to make that amount but it was too late by the time i checked my profile at ITC i am blacklisted.
