Gym company communication s****s and disclosers

1stly was offered this gym contract over the phone.

I was not informed of anything with regards to this contract within the last 3 months so I was under the impression it was unsuccessful.

Suddenly I receive a call saying I need to make payments or else I will get blacklisted.

No 1 told me that the contract was approved or not, no one informed me of any miss payments or anything like that.

When I said I want to cancel I was told I have to pay a fee of R1800 from one agent and R2000 from another, this already sound ***** for me as the prices are different, and I was told they would get back to me which they did not.

When I app**** for the contract I was not told about the cancelation fee or anything like that, I am a sales representative and I know crucial info like that was supposed to be disclosed to me when applying for the contract already...

After that I was told that they will private message me on Whatsapp which is also unorthodox and I'm still waiting for a message or any responses from them till today...

I am disgusted by the way this company handles their process and procedures and would like to say I have collages and acquaintances that have been through the same issue as me.

Communication s****s within this company is low.
