Gym company Carlton Center -NO Integrity!

On the 03.09.2018 I was approached by a sales consultant by the name of Themba Rep for The Gym Company (Carlton Center). He signed me off for what seemed to be a free trial run- we completed the form and had set up a debit order for next month gym subscription and tag. On the 14.09.2018 I went back to the gym to cancel the subscription, the lady mentions that I was signed up for 36 months and the cancelation fee is R100 and some odd. I was furious because Themba mentioned nothing about the 36 month duration, or even mention the cancelation fee to me. I ve never set foot in that gym to use the facility let alone received the tag.

It's disappointing that such a brand sells lies to people just for a commission, wat values are the employees demonstrating to us. I'm sure I would have gotten a better service at Virgin Active, I guess this is what one will get for in trusting the non reputable brands.

I want this subscription cancelled and I will not pay any cancelation fee. Gym company I suggest you get in contact with me.
