Gym company Carlton

Worst service ever, I tried to transfer my gym membership to my brother on the 11/02/2022 and was told admin is busy and would not be able to assist and here I was thinking that admin is hired to assist the gym members. I'm absolutely disgusted iv tried multiple times to cancel the membership and I always get excuses such as the admin is not around. This gym should be closed and all it's employees should be fired they truly are the s**** of Satan.
