Gym company cancelation form

All I can say is reverse your company or just block them!!! Gym company in bloed is literally the worst how can everyone be complaining over one thing? When you join the lie to you about month to month thing but when u request a cancelation is like u are insulting them 🤔. Requested a cancelation last year September in 2024 at rustenburg /tlhabane square as I have moved from Pretoria I didn't have any outstanding balance they gave me the cancelation form and told me I have to serve 3 months notice for what s***t I don't know cause I thought it was a month o month contract was told that I did not sign such. Okay I served my 3 months notice and in December was supposed to be my last month 😡😡😡. January the dedicated my hard earned money I reversed it 😡did I not receive calls, sms and emails after every hour? 😅But when u email them conserning important matters the email u used is incorrect and they said their emails demanding their money on the very same email address iyoh gym company my jesus🚮🚮can never recommend it to anyone. They keep sending WhatsApp messages telling me that I owe them and membership is in arrears my friend which arrears? 🤔And I tell them that I singed a cancelation form only for zandi to tell me that the is no cancelation form uploaded on my profile and now I have to requested another form but before I can get it I have to pay the outstanding amount I owe them 😡😡while I cancellated my membership but I still owe them and they keep deducting money from my account I just when to the bank and blocked their debit order and blocked their calls and WhatsApp I don't wanna be abused with my hard earned money.
