Gym Company-Bromhof

Gym contract had expired in August 2019. I had completed the application for the cancellation for the debit order form and emailed it to the Gym Company. Debit order was not deleted , the debit order went through in September and October. I have emailed and called on numerous times however I have received no feedback from the Gym company. Worst customer service.
