Gym Company brackenhurst/Alberton dont care about its members only debit orders

They wont let me cancel me and my fiance's gym membership without a canncelation fee even after i provide proof that we cannot afford the contract anymore and when i tried to make arrangements for maintenance fee to be moved to antoher month they ignore my email for two weeks and still no reply...
