******* GYM COMPANY BRACKENHURST!!!!!

These people are ******, i cancelled my membership 2024 October the last payment was supposed to be on the 31st of November, they kept deducting money on my account fro October to June until i noticed, i was heavly pregnant I couldnt go fill in the refund form, then when my baby was only 4 weeks i called they said i should come fill in the refund form, i completed the form on the 4th of September till date i have not been refunded, when i call they say they dont have a number for their Bull**** headoffice office!!!! these people are ****** im sure the lady is also eating our money because why is she not giving our her manager's number. I WANT MY MONEY!!! OTHERWISE I WILL TAKE THEM TO COURT
