Gym company brackendowns

Have a month to month contract with them, canceled my membership last year September,my last debit was suppose to be December.. They wanted proof of me canceling the membership,, I send them a mail from vodacom. I spoke to Shane at the brackendowns branch. And a lady by the name of zanele mailed me last month, and I asked her if I'm gonna pay the amount of R400 will u cancel the membership for me, witch I did pay.. Now they still sending me msgs....
