Gym Company - Boskruin, no effort to resolve closing of contract.

I had a contract with Gym Company Boskruin which ended in January 2021. They automatically move to a monthly contract. I tried calling and emailing them to address the contract with no response. I stopped my debit order in June 2021. Immediately I received a call from their Admin/ Accounts person. Explain the situation, they explain that they will get back to me and no response. A month later, I get an email indicating an outstanding bill (with interest) and go through the same. The latest is now that the Regional manager will respond to me and I am waiting 3 months for this. There is no effort or will on their part to resolve but continue billing.
