GYM COMPANY BLOED MALL has the worst customer service ever, i just called and a guy by the name of Bianca he said answered ***, he did not listen to what i was inquiring about and after a full explanation i did, he just handed over the phone to another guy who told to repeat myself, i asked if he was not updated about my call, he response was that its monday he has no time for me and hanged up. tried calling twice after the call was dropped. i so regret joining that company, they only assist when you sign up from there on you on your own. wasn't the first time i called and got attitude back.
