Gym Company Billing me after cancellation

The Gym Company in Winchester Hills has been billing me all this time without my consent, I canceled my gym membership with them in 2012, I only discovered that they have blacklisted me recently while applying for financing on a vehicle, I know I'm not the only one that the gym has done this to, its about time someone from the gym resolves these issues.
