Gym Company Benoni Oakfields

Gym Company at Oakfields. I regret the day I joined Gym Company with the condition that you receiveca bag with joining the promotion they still running and it is 2 yesrs later at Oakfield!The service is poor the gym is dirty and not hygienic at all.

With the national lock down they never phoned to say what the protocals are going forward , I phoned the landline various times no answer. A woman phoned my bf a week before the end of April 2020.

That is how I got the number to say that during natuinal lockdown there will be no funds in my account die to temporarily lay off.

They deducted admin feee off my account for what? What admin are they doinf if the gym is close.

NO NOTIFICATION PRIOR NO COMMUNICATION NO SOLUTION HOW TO ASSIST THERE MEMBERS. AS A MEMBER YOU HAD TO PHONE!!!
