Gym company being a **** show .

Gym Company is an entire **** show , for someone that was working there I have seen it all first hand , from the unprofessionalism , to the system crashing every second hour , to the equipment not working…. I was on family responsibility leave only to receive a message saying the hours of work were calculated wrong so i would be short paid this was on the 5th of september mind you and the reason was they cant attend the matter now because the hr personal is on leave , so that means theirs only one hr person for the entire company , fast forward today is the 18th and the money thats short is still not paid …apart from dealing with alot of nonsense , a big company does not have tills as when members pay people from welcome desk we need to keep the money in our pockets as theirs no tills … i forgot and went with the money once and i got a warning for going with the money but here we are because we crazy we must understand when we don't get paid, who gives the company warnings …. nonsense …. And also stuck with managers not knowing things that happen in the company , you ask certain things and the response is I don’t know.. its just a **** show .
