GYM COMPANY BAD SERVICE

Worst Service ever at Gym Company at Randburg Square. I signed a month to month contract and now I'm told it will expire next year or something. I got over that and I asked them to cancel it over a Year ago and send me the cancellation fee. Instead I'm I was told they would do that. so when I saw they were still deducting I was now told I must pay cancellation fee first. when I ask them to send me the contract which I signed that says so. I was spoken too very rudely by 3 different ladies in their accounts department. I sent an email months ago asking for a MANAGER TO RESPOND to my emails and assist me and still no response and all I get are Rude ladies calling me and my account being deducted after I asked for a cancellation over a year ago. I was even told over a year ago I can only cancel via email and not over the Phone. email sent and then the story changed again. Who is running this Fly-by-Night ???
