Gym Company at Oakfields are ********

Sadly I can't give negative stars for these ********....

Benoni 25 fit was bought over by these idiots and I was about to sign a contract for my girlfriend to join as I was happy with 25 Fit at that stage.

Only after signing up they told me a lot is going to change like it won't be 24 hours any longer (My main reason for joining that gym in the first place to to late working hours) and I said then I wan't to cancel that contract before they load it as I'm not happy with it as then I won't be able to go as I'd never make it in time to have a decent gym session and neither my girlfriend.

They told me its no problem and they won't even process the contract and "no" cancellation fee will be paid due to immediate cancellation.

Now after almost a year they call and threaten to blacklist my girlfriend for outstanding fees and cancellation fees not paid they are the worst gym I've ever dealt with with ****ty staff that is ***********.
