Gym Company Are ********

I curse the day I was stupid enough to sign up with this **** company. These are nothing but a bunch of ******. When I met their agents at Westgate Mall they approached me with an offer to join. We filled in the yellow form and I was told that they will call me during the week to finalize everything and send me my contract. I was also told I can cancel anytime which was clearly a lie. The agent told me that they will only start debiting my account once we have finalized everything (another lie). These guys should be arrested for false information. They will tell you every lie in the book just that you can sign. No one called up to now and I was only surprised to see debit orders going off in my bank account for a service that I didn't even use.

Now I have changed jobs and moved more than 60km away from the gym but they still expect me to pay . When I wanted to cancel I am being sent from pillar to post. Now they say I should pay R3800 cancelation fee. Call Center employees are extremely rude and clueless. I suspect they just play dumb to frustrate customers.

Word of advice if you happen to see Gym Company agents in the mall canvassing walk away as fast as possible. Don't even entertain them because you will regret. Once you sign it's like you would have made a blood covenant with the Devil himself.
