GYM COMPANY ARE **********

Gym Company is an ********* business, The Consumer Board really has to do something to protect consumers against the day time ******* that is currently being practice by this company. My Brother lost his job in February 2020 and submitted a letter and a police affidavit in which he requested Gym Company to cancel his membership as he is no longer able to afford his gym fees. Gym Company refused to cancel his membership and constantly harass him on his cellphone, informing him that his account is in arrears. I have since informed the manager at the Winchester Hills branch, Natacha Storbeck of my brother's predicament but she still insists that payment be made. This Gym continues to charge its members gym fees even during lockdown when it is not operational.
