Gym company Amanzimtoti

Hi I train at gym company in Amanzimtoti at Arbour crossing. A little Intel about gym companies contract states that once annually they would double debit you due to a fee of maintenance to the ficility. From October 2021 the aircon inside the gym has not been working and to date its still not working, equipment that we need to use on daily base are out of order, cleanliness of the gym is pathetic including the shower area. The gym is over crowded which means gym company is receiving a good annual revenue in the Month of November. I been querying about the aircon since December 2021 every second week I was said in 2 weeks time it would be fixed . I strongly believe new customers are **** too... because air-conditioning is only operational in management and sales reps office, at front desk, in the yoga room, and in the cycling room and thats where new customers are taken too first.

To whom it may concern at Gym company if yourl cannot get the facility up to standards please terminate my contract it is now becoming really frustrating
