Gym company advertising **** promises to their loyal customers

With the lockdown gyms have closed down and the taking off April debits was understandable L. What is not understandable is when gym company advertised for all to see that if your April debit order went off they will use that debit to freeze your account, which means you should not be paying for the freezing fee. We emailed gym company in April wheen the lockdown was extended about the freezing. My account was frozen. But they still debited the freezing fee. My wife's debit order never went off so we asked for banking details which we never received to make the payment for her account. Now today they take of her April debit + the freezing fee + an additional debit order that no one knows what is for, without my authorization on my account. Gym company, that is theft.
