Gym Company, a failed model sustained by *****ing from the public!

This is one hell of a thieving scheme. We joined the gym a few years back with my wife. We paid their monthly fees faithfully and because the standards were not as satisfactory, which didn't come as a surprise, given the premiums, we terminated our membership when the duration of the contract lapsed.

I just received a call from ********** 006 and the ******** consultant has the nerve to tell me that they will have us blacklisted as we are in arrears and they have not been debiting our accounts. They have not been debiting our accounts because we terminated our membership. But Gym Company in turn says our profiles have no cancelation forms.

If their employees neglect to do their job l, why must the public suffer? Very shallow blow at trying to con us. I told the *********** lady to proceed to issue a summons which we will vigorously defend.
