Gym Company- A contract ****

I went into GymCompany in Feb 2015. The sales person (Mark) made me sign a page with my debit order details so that I can come into the gym for the period of time that I wanted. I was very specific when I told the salesperson that I do not want a contract. He assured me that this is not a contract to the Gym Company I was signing. He said that I can come in and cancel the contract at anytime. <br> <br> I subsequently asked him to cancel my payments in March 2015 because I no longer wanted to attend the gym. It appears that Mark, the salesperson had inserted other information into the page that I signed without my knowledge. He binded me to a 36 month contract with Gym Company. I never had the contract, because the sales person never gave me a copy. He told me it was not a contract. The manager does not want to cancel the contract because he said that he needs to ask the \owner"whether this is possible. I called and emailed the manager in March.
