Gym company

Good day everyone,I have a problem with this company called gym company,I joined on the 02nd of June last year,and on the 05th I went to cancel the membership cos I was relocating to a village whereby there is no gym company there,but they made me do the run around and never cancelled,now they were debiting me R199 every month,they didn't cancel,and their policy states:if u cancel within 7 days of joining,there is no charge,so I left the R199 to go off twice,and when they called me I told them to cancel,they said I owe R850,I made arrangements with them to pay it in 2 months,they mustn't debit me,they sent me bank details,but guess what,every month they still debit the R199,I told the lady the reason I'm canceling is because I'm not working anymore,I have to go take care of my sick father,n I was willing to pay R425 times 2,but they still wanted to milk me,mind u,I never went to gym even once,I'm so hurt.
