GYM COMANY BRACKENHURST- Misrepresentation, Deceptive Sale Practices and False Pretenses

The staff are so dishonest there is so much misrepresentation and deceptive sales practices going on. I was hashed into a contract without anyone explaining the contents and terms of the agreement. They **** to me and promised me 2 free trial months only to double back on their promises and try to deny it despite the fact I had proof thereof. When caught the employ bagged me to not proceed for the sake of their jobs. There's definitely internal ****ming circulating. I have threatened legal action because they now are threatening me with all these newly surfaced conditions that weren't previously disclosed now that I want to cancel my membership. It all feels like a trap honestly. They lower you in with false and deceptive pretences and once you try to cancel suddenly there's new conditions binding you to this contract. I will neverr go back to Gym Comany Brackenhurst! During the mediations their staff shouted at me, was rude to me, was very snide and overall unprofessional. I would not trust them at all.
