Gym Access Denial

I joined the gym at the Bromhof branch but every time I tag in, I am unable to because the system says I singed up in Randburg. I have been trying to resolve this issue for months and nobody is able to assist because the employee who signed me up no longer works for gym company. Sort this out Gym Company.
