Good gym, bad service

I am happy with the facilities and the classes at Gym Company. But I would not recommend them because they debit your account when it suits them.

I have been calling them every month since February because every month they debit my account on different days. Every month they say they have rectified the issue and will debit my account on the requested date, and every month this does not happen.

I have absolutely had it. I would like nothing more than to cancel my contract with these unprofessional people but we know what gym contracts are like. I will just have to resign myself to the fact that this place is going to debit my account when they see fit - and before my pay day!

If you can, try and find another gym with similar facilities but better customer service. That will actually rectify an issue when you bring it up, not leave it as is and continue to take your money when they see fit.
