Giving out misleading information!

The Gym Company was promoting their gym at South Gate mall. I was in a hurry when one of the consultants called me over to tell me about their special, told him I was in a hurry but he insisted. He told me a bit about the gym and how it just cost R199 I clearly told him I won't be able to join since I am a student and I am working on a contract basis meaning my contract will expire soon, he then told me I can fill in the form, then to activate it I will have to call them and give out the membership number which was on the form. He ******* me into filling the form. A couple of weeks later I met the promoter of the gym again at Braamfontein but obviously it was different people, this guy then told me that as soon as I have filled the forms I am already a member I don't have to call any number to activate my subscription. I then sent an e-mail to the Gym Company informing them that I would like to cancel my contract as I won't be able to pay, I was given a number to call. When I tried calling it its either engaged or goes unanswered.<br> If this is how they get their customers, by giving out misleading information just so people can join. Its just unprofessional of them!!!
