<p>i am a member of Gym Company in randburg and every year i pay what they call annual fee for R200</p> <p>in 2016 Maarch i got a call from lady who reminded me to come and pay that fee and she said i must ask for her when i get there.</p> <p>indeed i got her and paid R200 in her office, she didnt give a payment proof. then again in 2017 when i went to pay for this year i was told i still owe the one for previous yearwhen i explain to them that i paid they want proof which i dont have and they ask the name of the consultant who assisted me i cant recall all i know is that she was the Zimbabwen lady and with only that they cant assist me i have to pay again.</p> <p> </p> <p>i am so disappointed with gym company they must start employing trust worthy people how come she takes my money and not update the system another thing why didnt they let me know of that through out the year only now when i went to pay for this year they telling me i owe.</p> <p> </p> <p>i would like to warn Gym Company members to always ask for proof of services everytime they paying Gym Company, ive complained no one has bothered to contact me its clear i have to pay again to avoid being taken to debt collectors.</p>
