Full debit during these difficult times

I have been a loyal member for over 3 years, however no Lockdown option were provided to me and full amount was debited during these difficult times. After complaining they offered me a lockdown option and insured me that my next full debit will only go off in Nov 2020. However they continued to debit me in Sept. I emailed them over a week ago with no response.
