****ed up accounts

Sick and tired of gym company and their stupid accounts department! They keep debuting me twice and I still don't have access to the gym. I have called the accounts department to rectify and I was told to send an email with proof of payment which I have done and after that I was told they will rectify and credit me and now this morning they debited me twice again for what I have no idea!!! I'm not happy with the service I have received from their accounts and I WANT to cancel my subscription without canceling fee immediately! I will not pay for **** service !
