Frustrated client

I have been paying for months not going to the gym , mind you I missed paying my premium in December now I’m blocked from entering the gym because of 1 month… the premium was taken from my account on the 27th of January but still I’m blocked , I didn’t even gym for the month I didn’t pay … I’ve been paying all along I’m so confused and frustrated , this was sis to be a month to month contract , I’m not going to pay for the month where I didn’t use your services sorry
