Freezing the account due to the CoronaVirus, rejected!!!

Gym Company, Mega City at Umlazi in Durban.

It is with great disappointment that they refuse for me to freeze my account and want proof for it. My reason is that I cannot attend Gym at a time like this where we are highly advised about the CoronaVitus Pandemic and we have to be on Self Isolation.

What kind of gym would want proof for that? I am very disappointed in them and I don't see myself continuing with them after they show that that they care less for us and our health as customers.
