********** gym membership

Since September 2017 this company is debiting R199 on my account , I keep on reversing every month. That is costing me a lot. I have never ever joined your gym, I am based in Durban and a virgin active member. I don't know how or who took my details and joined that gym. In October I did speak to the manager called Emmanuel of the Carltoncentre branch where I supposedly joined. He said I must email affidavit and certified copy of my ID, I did that. Sadly up until now, 6 months later your company is still taking my money. I am sick and tired of this ******** gym. How can I join a gym in Johannesburg while I stay in Durban, after sending complaints and affidavits I am still suffering. You are bunch of *********.... Sort this out please!!!
