********** debits go unexplained

They say I owe them R698 out of the blue, and have been making unauthorised extra debits of R199 since November. Requests for justification of these debits and claim of debt have been downright ignored for weeks, typical of some scaly South African businesses who are of the notion that some clients are do far down the social hierarchy that they don't even need explaining to. Can't even cancel the membership because of the 2 year contract period but, hey, so long as they keep making money off their "nobody's"...
