********** and stupid GYM Company

<p>Dear All</p> <p> </p> <p>I called your company and spoke to MJ regarding the account under my name which I never opened please can you remove my default status under my name in all credit bureaus including Transunion as I never had a gym account and I am not intending to have one and I stay in Pretoria there are lot of gyms here why would I gym in Jhb worse I don’t even know the place let alone your company…this is a ********** account please remove it under my name !!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Please find documents attached as per the conversation with MJ on the 10th Oct 2016 after 3pm:</p> <p>1. ID copy certified</p> <p>2. Letter from my employer signed by me in 2013</p> <p>3. Proof of residence</p> <p>4. Bank statement</p> <p>5. Affidavit</p> <p> </p> <p>Please urgently remove my name from credit bureaus, I can’t buy anything now on credit due to you and your ********** consultants/employees who ***** our information</p>
