I met one of their sales rep early in January, he was trying to convince me to join. I told him I live in Rosebank and I have a small baby who by then was 1 week old therefore I can't be able to join. He then asked me if I could guve him a chance to explain which I did, he at the end asked me to drop my details so that once I am ready he can contact me so we can go to their office and complete the necessary for me to join once ready. Then boom suddenly I have a membership account without my knowledge. I have tried telling everyone who calls me, sent several emails and also called to report this and none seema to take it serious. I have never been to their gym and I don't want to be part if them since they are very far from me
