<p>Since November 2016 I have been trying to cancel this contract with Gym Company (a contract which neither me nor you have a copy of) and all i get is monthly deductions to my account. I have raised this issue many times and the closest I got an answer was being told that they will look into the matter and get back to me within the day (THAT WAS ON THE 7th MARCH 2017) and I am still waiting for that call back. Forcing people into 3 year contracts goes against CPA regulation, as there was no goods for cash exchange and therefore people should be able to cancel the contract at their time of choosing. The Gym Company will have to pay back the R1791.00 that have *******ly deducted from my account along with the interest they incurred on said monies. I have raised a case with the consumer tribunal in this regard as well as I am tired of being ********** by a company that I have never even set foot in one of their properties. Any decent ethical company would have had this matter resolved a long time ago.</p>
