<p>I joined gym company in december when they were running the gym for 2 months free promotion, the conditions of the contract were that if i no longer wished to be part of the gym I can cancel within 5 days, I cancelled within 5 days as I was joining a company with a gym. The sales consultant by the name Duane, he sold me the contract, I contacted him to cancel and gave him the contract back. He said he will send me a letter that he has sold the contract to someone else and I was not liable for any fees. 3 Months later,I got an email and sms from the accounts department, claimin that I owe,i explained to the lady by the name of Betty Gumede what the situation was and Duane said she will rectify the situation, he never sent me the letter and behold the lady threated to blacklist me,that is exactly what she did.I even escalted the matter to Trevor the manager the the gym company in Randburg squre,no one came to my aid,I am now stuck with a record in credit bereau of R8900. </p> <p> </p> <p>I will never advise anyone to join gym company,I think they are ********** who lure peple into signing with false promises, I will make a noise about this company,</p>
